WARRANTIES

UPS Systems (Single-Phase)
If you purchased a Single-Phase Tripp Lite UPS System or External Battery Pack, it is covered under a standard 2-Year Product Warranty. As an additional service, Tripp Lite offers 3- and 5-Year Extended Warranties. For 5kVA to 16kVA models, Start-Up and On-Site Service Programs are available and recommended to enhance the reliability of the installation.

UPS Systems (3-Phase)
If you purchased a 3-Phase UPS System or External Battery Pack, it is covered under a standard 1-Year Product Warranty (U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico only) or 2-Year Product Warranty (All countries except U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico). Start-Up and On-Site Service Programs are available and recommended to enhance the reliability of the installation. Basic and Premium Service Contracts are also available.
